Ronald Lemmon, PhD., M.P.A.

Dr. Ronald Lemmon, Ph.D., M.P.A. has lived and worked in eight foreign countries eighteen of the past twenty-five years. He has worked for a military bases operation and maintenance contract in the Marshall Islands as the Audit Director for the U.S. Army Space Command at the Marshall Islands, Kwajalein Missile Range; for NATO on a military bases O&M contract in Turkey as the Audit- Quality Assurance/Quality Control- Manager; and directed audit activities for the General Conference as the North East Asia Audit Director for Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

Dr. Lemmon has more than twenty years experience auditing and financial consulting, including engagements with city, county, state and federal governments, and DOD contractors. He was a Partner in a financial- and operations-management consulting firm. Dr. Lemmon was an Associate Professor of Business/Management and Political Science with the University of Maryland prior to his appointment to Kyung Hee University as a full-time Visiting Professor in the School of Economics, International Business and Trade.
