Dr. Robert Egbert, ED.D., Ph.D., ED.S., teaches psychology and education at Walla Walla College (WWC). He has had extensive experience developing academic programs at several Adventist universities and holds a doctorate in Program Development (Curriculum Theory and Development), and also a doctorate in Psychology. He is a licensed therapist, and a certified teacher and administrator. Egbert has served on numerous accreditation committees, a variety of academic committees, and has been an administrator of educational programs. He frequently presents at conferences and workshops on a variety of professional topics. Egbert is an ardent amateur naturalist and is very active in the mission of the church, serving as a deacon and elder in two university churches, and presently as an elder in a local community church. He has worked with evangelism, outreach programs, and teaches adult and youth Sabbath School classes. He recognizes the importance of an intimate loving relationship with Christ, and living a life of service.
