Morris Kalliny, Ph.D

Dr. Kalliny is currently an Assistant Professor of Marketing and International Business at The University of Missouri-Rolla. Dr. Kalliny earned a Bachelor of Arts (with honors) with Business Administration and Secondary Education majors from Middle East College/University in 1996, a Master of Business Administration (with honors) from Northwest Nazarene University in 2000 and a Ph.D. in International Business and Marketing from The University of Texas-Pan American in 2005. Prior to Joining University of Missouri-Rolla, Dr. Kalliny has taught undergraduate and graduate courses at Boise State University, Norwest Nazarene University and The University of Texas-Pan American. Dr. Kalliny is currently involved in the development of the MBA program at the University of Missouri-Rolla.


Dr. Kalliny has published papers in various business journals including: The Journal of Marketing for Higher Education, International Journal of Cross Cultural Management, The Marketing Management Journal, The International Journal of the Academy of Business and Public Administration, Review of Business Research, Journal of the Academy of Business Administration and various conference proceedings including: American Marketing Association Educator's Conference Proceedings, Academy of Marketing Science Annual Conference Proceedings, The Academy of Marketing Science Cultural Perspectives in Marketing Annual Conference Proceedings, American Academy of Advertising Annual Conference Proceedings, Academy of International Business Annual Conference Proceedings and many others.

Dr. Kalliny has served as a reviewer for the Journal of Advertising, Journal of Electronic Commerce Research, The Academy of Advertising Annual Conference, The Academy of International Business Annual Conference, and The Academy of Marketing Science Annual Conference. Dr. Kalliny is a member of The Academy of International Business, The American Marketing Association, The Academy of Marketing Science, The American Academy of Advertising, and Marketing Management Association.
