Darrel T. Seeley, JD, LLM Secretary

Darrel T. Seeley is a licensed attorney in the State of New York. He was admitted to practice after receiving his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1989 from the New York State University at Buffalo, School of Law and Jurisprudence. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Northern District of NY. He has a B.A. Degree with a double major in Political Science and Psychology, graduating cum laude from the State University of NY at Albany. He also has a LL.M. degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami.

In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Seeley was a Professor of Law for many years in Wichita, Kansas, teaching in several areas of law including, Constitutional Law, Contracts, Property, Criminal Law and Procedure, Commercial Transactions, Corporations, Agency & Partnerships, Wills & Trusts, Federal Disability Law, Estate Planning, Gift & Estate Tax, Juvenile Law, and White Collar Crime. He served as faculty chairman and on several additional committees while there. He has also been appointed by New York State Governor Cuomo to The Committee for Accessible Transportation and served on the Board of Directors for the Independent Resource Center.
Currently he is active in the Perrysburg, NY Seventh-day Adventist Church as a deacon, a lay preacher, and leading out in prayer meetings. He also is involved with Truevine Health Ministries and on the board of directors of a community outreach ministry called Kids Time in Gowanda, NY. Kids Time works with children from age 1 to 16, teaching them about the love of Jesus through using evangelistic programs, Sabbath School, and Kids Church. Also significant is teaching the children how to improve on social skills, teaching them healthful living and diet, and giving them opportunities to attend camp and mission trips.
